
- The driver must have a valid identity document and a category B driving license. The driver needs at least 3 years of driving experience. Copies of the documents of the driver and additional drivers are attached to the lease agreement.
- The lessee who has violated traffic rules or made other violations during the rental period remains liable even after the return of the vehicle.
- The lessee must additionally provide the details of other drivers before handing over the vehicle. Additional drivers must also have at least 3 years of driving experience, driver’s license category B. The lessee is responsible for the damage caused by the additional drivers.
- The rental day starts from the date of acceptance of the camper, i.e. the date specified in the transfer deed. The camper is transferred at 3pm, returned by 12pm, unless the parties agree otherwise.
- During the period from 15 June until 31 August the minimum rental period can be 7 nights, unless the parties agree otherwise. During other period the minimum rental period can be 3 nights, unless parties agree otherwise.
- The lessee must pay a deposit of € 600 within 3 calendar days of booking camper in the system. This amount includes the franchise fee. The deposit will be returned to the lessee within 3 working days if the car is returned clean and in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.
- After paying the deposit of € 600 and confirmation of the order by the lessor, lessor undertakes not to rent the camper to anyone else.
- After paying the deposit of € 600 and if the lessee cancels the order afterwards, the deposit is not refunded to the lessee.
- After paying the deposit, the lessee must present an identity document for the preparation of the lease agreement and lease agreement is signed for the booked period.
- The lessee pays the full rental price for the camper for the booked period at least 14 days before the start of the trip.
- The vehicle is transferred with a full fuel tank, water tank and gas tanks, clean. The camper must be returned with a full tank of fuel, empty sewage and toilet tanks, clean inside and outside.
- Campers are rented with civil liability and casco insurance. The lessee must make sure that the country he is visiting is on the green card (civil liability insurance) list. Otherwise, the lessee must buy vehicle insurance before entering that country at his own expense.
- The lessee cannot exceed an average of 500 km per day (the average distance traveled per day is calculated by dividing the distance traveled by the lessee during the entire rental period by the number of rental days).

- Smoking is prohibited in campers. Animals may be transported only with a permission of the lessor.
- It is forbidden to transport drugs, explosives, weapons and alcohol and tobacco products in excess of the permitted amount, and use the camper for other illegal purposes.
- It is forbidden to carry more passengers than specified by the camper manufacturer. It is important to know that in this case, the insurance may not be valid in the event of an accident, and the costs of the accident will have to be paid by the lessee.
